We participated in the realization of the first Woman Entrepreneurs Bootcamp

The Foundation 787, together with SECO & Swiss Contact, International Burch University and Foundation Mozaik, implemented first Women Entrepreneurs Bootcamp in Sarajevo.

Eight start-ups from different parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina run by women participated in the two-day Bootcamp program implemented in English.

At the very beginning, all participants had the opportunity to take part in the workshop on the presentation (pitch) of their business ideas to the potential investors and customers, after which they were divided into two groups depending on the degree of their development. Those who were in the development phase or their business ideas participated in one, and those who already had an operational business but wanted to further develop it, took part in another program.

Topics covered within workshops were among others: market research, product management, customer orientation, leadership skills, pricing and price strategies, etc.

In the last part of the program, all participants had the opportunity to take part in the pitch competition and win valuable prizes.  The first place at the pitch won Tamara Jovic (Super Woman), second Samra Poloska (PlusMinus Fashion) and the third Azra Polimac-Bajric (Bosnian2Go).
