Professional orientation is a set of services and activities, which allow individuals – both students and adults – to make decisions on their education, training and occupations, and manage their own careers. During this process individuals are provided with information on the labor market, and various educational and employment opportunities.

Progresio offers professional orientation services for young people (aged 16+) and adults in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which includes psychological testing of abilities related to success in different areas of work, professional interest testing and psychological counseling. Working with a single client takes at least two meetings lasting for 60 minutes. The first meeting is focused on various types of testing, while the second one is focused on analysis and guidance. Counseling can also be done via Skype.
